Not 100% sure, but my guess is it’s based off of a shirt design from diesel sweeties. Being such a simple piece of art, it might be OK to use for your band (it’s the sort of thing you see all over the ‘net), but if you can find out who originally made it and ask them if it’s OK to use, that would probably be best.
To find out, you may want to use a reverse image search to see if you can find out where it originally came from.
