Lately, my dad has been sleeping in a bit late in the morning – especially on the weekends. So to help remind him that he needs to give me my treats, I’ve started jumping up on the bed to wake him up. It seems to work; he usually gets right up after I get on the bed, and gives me a few pats before I jump down and wait for him to feed me.
I’ve got him so well trained.

My dad made this video of us having our morning treats. Betsy was shy of the camera, though.

This week, my dad filled my litter box with too much litter (he uses Care-Fresh, I think). I don’t like it when there’s too much litter in there; it feels weird when you sit on it. And it just begs to be dug in.
So, I did dig in it. It was great fun. I got some good distance on the bits of litter as well!
My dad didn’t appreciate my skill, however, and he kept sweeping up the litter and putting it back in the box. So I dug it out again. And again. He didn’t seem to be getting the hint until the other day, when he finally emptied a bit of the litter out, leaving just the right amount in the box. So now I’m happy.
Also, he’s put out some really nice hay right next to the litter box, which I like. Nothing like munching on some oat hay while sitting in the comfort & safety of your litter box!
Well, it’s getting late (in the morning), so I’m going back under the bed!

Looks like my dad finally figured out how to make only his photos of us bunnies appear in my sidebar. Well done, dad! I was getting tired of seeing all those pictures of cars, trees, and stuff.

My dad cooked some of that awful bacon stuff that he eats sometimes. Ugh! The smell just makes my fur stand on end! So I ran off into the bedroom and hid under the bed.
Shortly after, Betsy followed me. She’s always following me around.
Which reminds me, I was very upset at her last night. I wanted her to groom my head, but instead she humped me! I was very upset, so I grunted at her and chased her into the cottontail cottage.
All in all, not a great night.

My dad was at the computer for quite a while tonight, muttering something about “widget-compatible themes.” I didn’t understand what he was grumbling about, but when I checked later on, I saw that there are now photos of myself and Betsy in the sidebar of this site!
I’m quite excited – maybe I’ll become the next Inter-web star. I know I could beat the pants off of the Cadbury Bunny!

My dad has apparently gotten tired of managing the photos of us on his website manually, so he signed up for something called “Flickr.” He says it lets him put photos of us up easily. We’ll see.
Here’s the album or whatever it’s called. I imagine he’ll have some of his own photos in there, besides just us rabbits, but we’ll see how things go.

Last night I was sitting out in the living room, and my daddy was sitting on the floor by the couch. I was watching him closely, in case he tried to pick me up. But instead, he took the little jingle-toy from the floor and rolled it in front of me. I had just put it aside, so I picked it up with my mouth and tossed it off to the side.
Then, he did it again. So, I tossed it aside again. And he did it again! So, I tossed it again.
Gus later told me that this is a fun game, and I guess… maybe… it was sort of fun to throw that jingle-thing. I do like the sound it makes when you throw it. Although to me, the most wonderful sound is the “rrrrrip” of cardboard when you tear a big piece off.
Still, I guess it was a good night, since my dad didn’t try to pet me or pick me up.

I’ll make this quick, because I don’t want to be caught here at the computer, but my daddy brought Gus and I down to Grandma’s house the other day. It wasn’t bad. He took some pictures, I guess.
Uh-oh… gotta run!
