Most of the time Betsy and I are pretty “set in our ways,” that is, we have a daily routine and we pretty much stick to it.
But sometimes we like to mix things up a little bit, just to confuse dad.
The other day, around dinnertime (when we normally leave dad’s office and come out into the livingroom), I decided to come out a little bit early. I found dad sitting on the couch, and decided to play a little game with him.
I sat in front of him and looked at him for a while.
Then I lay down, and just kept staring at him.
Needless to say, dad was very confused. He kept asking me what I was doing. I kept quiet and just kept staring at him.
Eventually I got up, stretched, and went into my area to wait for dinner. The rest of the day went as normal.
I think dad is still scratching his head over that one.
Success!

You look like a lovely, soft marshmallow there Gussy Boy.
Good job Gus. Gotta keep him on his toes.
I completely agree, Gus. I think we should always keep our humans guessing.
That’s one of my favorite things about bunnies: an “activity” for them is simply looking at each other. I love when my buns will sit in front of the TV facing me and watch me. I think they think I’m watching them when I’m actually just watching the TV a little higher up than them :). Super cute. Way to go Gus on confusing your dad! Adds a little spice to life!
Way to keep them guessing Gus! Say? Why was he sitting down? Sounds lke a bunny-slave slacker.
I probably shouldn’t write this, but, Gus, you look like a bunny slipper!
Sogna does that every night! Before and after dinner.
I think it’s some kind of Bun-Vulcan mind control thing.
What a great game! I love that game and play it on Deb all the time. She’s clueless!
