We’re in trouble. We got under the guest bed last night and… well, we just couldn’t help ourselves. I didn’t think it was so bad, but clearly dad disagrees. We’ve been put in jail for the day.
Dad has even started a trial for us. At least he’s being sort of fair about that. On the advice of our counsel, we are of course pleading “cute and innocent.”
Uh oh, our time at the computer is up. Gotta go!

I think our defense is going to be something like: “If we are cute and fuzzy, then you must acquit!”

Yeah, it’s not quite a “jail.” More like, being sent to their room (without supper). Or being grounded. Or something.
They’d been SO good up until now… I still don’t know what possessed them to go into “destruction mode.” *sigh*
