{"id":913,"date":"2007-09-15T18:08:04","date_gmt":"2007-09-15T23:08:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.starkeith.net\/coredump\/2007\/09\/15\/the-fundamental-difference-between-new-jersey-and-massachusetts-drivers\/"},"modified":"2012-01-28T16:39:33","modified_gmt":"2012-01-28T21:39:33","slug":"the-fundamental-difference-between-new-jersey-and-massachusetts-drivers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.starkeith.net\/coredump\/2007\/09\/15\/the-fundamental-difference-between-new-jersey-and-massachusetts-drivers\/","title":{"rendered":"The Fundamental Difference Between New Jersey and Massachusetts Drivers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve finally figured it out &#8211; the fundamental difference between Massachusetts drivers (of which I am, sadly, one) and New Jersey drivers (which I have been spending a lot of time around lately, for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.starkeith.net\/coredump\/2007\/09\/14\/ive-moved\/\">obvious reasons<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve complained before that there&#8217;s something unnerving about going to a part of the country where people drive differently. People complain about it as well, without knowing it &#8211; it&#8217;s why people from other states are <strong>always<\/strong> proclaimed to be too slow, too stupid, or whatever. It doesn&#8217;t matter where you&#8217;re from; people from other states always suck.<\/p>\n<p>However &#8211; in this case, I&#8217;m just dealing with the two states I have experience with &#8211; Massachusetts and New Jersey. Here&#8217;s what I&#8217;ve come up with:<\/p>\n<p>New Jersey Drivers are <em>suicidal; <\/em>Massachusetts drivers are <em>homicidal<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>When you think about it, it really works well.
