Gussy and Betsy are getting along much, much better these days. The other day, I caught the two of them just sitting by their food bowls, with their little legs tucked up underneath their bodies, relaxed as can be.<\/p>\n

Then, yesterday, I caught them in this position:<\/p>\n

\"snuggle<\/p>\n

Well, they’re almost<\/em> snuggling. Gussy had both ears down when I saw them, but at the last moment he perked up one ear to see (or rather, to hear<\/em>) what I was doing. I’ve been trying to take photos of the bunnies without using the flash – it results in a much better, warmer, higher-quality picture when I do – but it’s hard to get the camera steady with skittish bunnies.<\/p>\n

And just for good measure, here’s a picture of Betsy all stretched out in her favorite spot – by the food bowls, of course.<\/p>\n

She’s a very relaxed bun, though she’s still skittish. She seems quite comfortable in her surroundings, but she’ll still jump at my slightest movement (sometimes). Weird bunny. I think she still hates me for making her get into the car carrier and for taking her to the vet twice in such a short period of time (3 days). Hopefully she’ll get over it soon, and she’ll let me pet her… we’ll see!<\/p>\n
