Holy fucking shit. The FCC needs to get a grip. <\/p>\n

Actually, fuck the FCC. This latest round of “well, we were never told we couldn’t<\/em> regulate it… so we’ll just assume that means we can<\/em>” stuff is just too much. For an agency that exists only because Congress <\/strong>created them, they sure are stretching the boundaries of their specifically mandated<\/em> authority.<\/p>\n

Now you see why I think small government is better. <\/p>\n
