So I’m walking in the woods this weekend, just taking a leisurely walk with my camera, and I spot this through the trees, in a glade near a pine tree grove:<\/p>\n

It appeared to be two human figurines, shaped out of chicken wire, and placed well off the trail. I wouldn’t have noticed them if I hadn’t been looking all around for things to take photos of. But they were just so… weird! I couldn’t imagine who would have put them there – it obviously took some effort to make them, and the spot they were in was not necessarily “easy” to get to, nor was it “right” off the trail.<\/p>\n

This one appears to be in the shape of a man.<\/p>\n

\"female<\/a><\/p>\n

And this one’s a woman. The pictures don’t quite do them justice, of course.<\/p>\n

Perhaps they were someone’s idea of a joke, or a prank? I imagine they would look pretty scary in the woods on a foggy day or at night – maybe even like ghosts.<\/p>\n

In the end, I left them as they were – I suppose I’ll go back again someday soon and see if they are still there.<\/p>\n
