Yep, that’s right. H.R. 4279<\/a>, the “Prioritizing Resources and Organization for Intellectual Property” Act would create a “Intellectual Property Enforcement Division” within the office of the Deputy Attorney General.<\/p>\n

Because this is clearly <\/em>what we need – a police organization to enforce intellectual property rights in our own country. Riiiiiiiiight<\/em>…<\/p>\n

I may be a little hazy on the details, but I’m pretty sure we already have laws that protect intellectual property rights. Can someone explain to me why<\/em> we need a freaking police organization<\/em> for this???<\/p>\n
