It needed some upgrades, <em>Betsy style<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium\" title=\"betsy's new back door\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/keithius\/3255805490\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3129\/3255805490_94b9377406.jpg\" alt=\"betsy's new back door\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For starters, dad forgot to add a back door! Fortunately I was able to take care of this obvious shortcoming in short order.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium\" title=\"more of betsy's handiwork\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/keithius\/3255805608\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3265\/3255805608_a177477521.jpg\" alt=\"more of betsy's handiwork\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t really like that ramp to the 2nd floor, so I tore it down. Also, the floor was too smooth, so I roughed it up a bit.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"tt-flickr tt-flickr-Medium\" title=\"cardboard shavings\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/keithius\/3254974465\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3536\/3254974465_f3968361ed.jpg\" alt=\"cardboard shavings\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I also widended the door leading from what dad called the &#8220;garage&#8221; into the main house.
