{"id":1734,"date":"2016-09-11T16:56:49","date_gmt":"2016-09-11T20:56:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.starkeith.net\/bunnyblog\/?p=1734"},"modified":"2016-09-11T16:56:49","modified_gmt":"2016-09-11T20:56:49","slug":"same-blog-new-bunnies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.starkeith.net\/bunnyblog\/2016\/09\/11\/same-blog-new-bunnies\/","title":{"rendered":"Same Blog, New Bunnies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s Dad here again, and you read that right &#8211; we&#8217;ve finally welcomed some new bunnies into our home.<\/p>\n<p>Introducing Chuck:<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Chuck\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/keithius\/28232192093\/in\/album-72157600241170387\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c6.staticflickr.com\/9\/8021\/28232192093_ed33c0b09b_z.jpg\" alt=\"Chuck\" width=\"640\" height=\"481\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>And Delilah:<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Delilah\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/keithius\/28847072385\/in\/album-72157600241170387\/\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c2.staticflickr.com\/9\/8212\/28847072385_dc47c7f52c_z.jpg\" alt=\"Delilah\" width=\"509\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Just like our previous pair, Chuck and Delilah are rescues and will will be sharing their life story here as well as on Twitter (once I give them access).<\/p>\n<p>Chuck and Delilah were not together prior to being brought into our home, but they have bonded very well and can frequently be found snuggling together. They&#8217;re currently living in a large play-pen area and are only let out during the day when we can supervise them &#8211; although we are slowly expanding their range into the rest of the house.<\/p>\n<p>Eventually &#8211; once they learn where not to go and what not to chew on &#8211; they&#8217;ll be allowed out all the time, but until then they&#8217;ll be spending much of the day (and all of the night) in their play-pen cage area.<\/p>\n<p>Already we&#8217;ve learned a lot about the temperaments of these two &#8211; Chuck is a definite troublemaker but is also a bit skittish, while Delilah is a sweet girl and the most relaxed, laid-back rabbit I&#8217;ve ever seen.<\/p>\n<p>So stay tuned, as more posts will definitely be coming (though I&#8217;m not sure how frequently).
