Membership in StarKeith is open only to members of the Federation of Keith. To become a member of the Federation, one must either be born on a planet of the Federation (in which case membership is automatic), or one must petition for membership. Petition forms are not yet available on this site, and approval of petitions depends on current diplomatic relations with your home planet or civilzation.
