And let’s not forget that Firefox is the only major browser that is truly OPEN SOURCE. I suppose I should’ve added that to my list of “how do I love thee.” For me, at least, that’s why I choose Firefox over, say, Opera or Safari.

I suspect you have a rouge add-in. My Firefox does not consume that much CPU time when it is just sitting there idle.

I can’t speak for Safari; I refuse to use it.
