Secret Laws

There’s a very interesting discussion over at Stop the Bleating! regarding “Secret Laws, and the Gilmore v. Gonzales case. It’s really quite interesting – and this is one of the best summaries that I’ve read thus far.

Still, the whole affair seems to leave a bad taste in my mouth – and at the very least, by reading this summary you’ll learn just how complex bureaucracy can be.
