After Breakfast Lounging

After breakfast, Betsy and I like to lounge around before we start making trouble for dad.

    I always thought Gus would hate the sunbeam because of his pink eyes (not good at blocking light). But apparently he’s happy to just shut his eyes and relax. Which is weird - I know Betsy would never lie out in the open with her eyes closed!

    Er, dad, have you seen my EARS lately? I can hear you coming a mile away! (Plus, that’s why Betsy’s on lookout for me.)
