A Bed, Just for Us!
This afternoon some strangers came into the house for a little bit, and when they were gone, Gus said he saw something new in the spare room - I came out to look with him, and wouldn’t you know it - there was a new bed there! Just like the one we used to hide under back in our old house!
Needless to say both Gus and I explored the underside of the new bed quite thoroughly. I couldn’t believe that mom and dad would buy a bed just so we could go under it, but Gus said that it looked like that’s what they did. There were no sheets on it or anything - just a mattress and a box spring.
When mom got home, she thought I was so cute she came and took some photos of me. I guess she was just happy that we like our new bed. I certainly do!

I’ll let it slide this time, but no more photos of my behind!

Betsy dear, I’m sorry to break this to you, but… that bed is not just for you and Gus. It’s for guests who come to visit us.
And if I find any signs of chewing or damage underneath there… you guys will be banned from under the bed for good!

LOL I love this post! Sadly, we can’t let Sammy under our bed as much as he’d love to. It’s a Sleep Number, and if he gats those wires and/or air hoses…. mmmmmmmmm! No good! By the way, nice bunns!
