Gus ... I am feeling so guilty. I had no idea that an hour or so late with breakfast meant so much to rabbits. I mean ....... However, NOW I understand the sad faces poked through the gaps in the pen wires and the torn up living areas, and the endless clatter of moving dishes and litter boxes and water crocks. I will never slack again!

Our humans can be like that, too. When they are late, we throw our plastic houses around. Some of the other bunnies drag their litter pans around their cage or start biting their cages. We also rattle our water bottles around. When they do finally show up, we are all on our hind legs giving the sad look too them to make them feel guilty.

It was better when dad was working nights because he would feed us when he got home around 6 am. Unfortunately, now he's back to working evenings. Mom's been trying to be consistent on our feeding times. She works weekends now, so she does not sleep in much.
